Mara Crocs

Few pictures of crocodiles on the Mara river, the one who had killed the baby hippo lay in that position for over 4 days apparently waiting for the carcass to decompose so it would be easier to eat.

Surprised it got near the baby hippo knowing how aggressive the adults can be.

I thought so too Kevin but our ranger / guide said the big male crocs take them quite frequently and are always on the lookout if any babies stray from their mother
