    Pumba

    At this time of year the warthogs become one of the prime prey species for the big cats as most of the herbivores have migrated to the Serengeti. They are very alert animals and soon move away as the truck approached with the very typical upright tail as they run off.

    Nice shots. I like them all. I have actually been to both Kenya and South Africa and seen these Warthogs and other animals.

      Thanks Nat , I love Kenya for the wildlife but this was the first time I have been in February , it was very different , grass was longer , not so many herbivores , much quieter than the migration season from a people perspective which in a way made it more enjoyable. Have not been to South Africa , is the wildlife viewing much different ?
