Another day on Brownsea and still plenty of red squirrel action, half a dozen running close within minutes of my arrival.

You will notice there are no hazelnuts in sight.. due to the fact that 3 other photographers turned up with a large bag of peanuts which they distributed everywhere . they look terrible in a shot but they do have one advantage in that the squirrels don't run away and bury them but sit and eat them in situ so provided you keep them out of shot, there is more time to compose and shoot, as with this shot
