Got my eye on you

Taken yesterday during a visit to the local farm which puts on displays and activities for the kiddies winkies during the holidays. We took my sisters twin boys for the afternoon. I spotted this chap keeping a close eye on us.

Not idea what it is, some sort of a lizard type thing?
