    Hartsholme park tuesday

    I had a wander with my friend tuesday and got a few nice pics




    60d with 55-250l is lens, shame about the distance from the heron, there's six nests up in the trees on the island what a wonderful sight
    as for matey having a scratch how cool

    Although it is a bit soft I do quite like the heron taking off from the tree. You may be able to sharpen it a little more with some selective usm
    The squirrel has a good expression but the picture is suffering very badly from cromatic abberation which often happens when you are shooting upwards into areas of very high contrast. It can be minimised with software but i suspect this time its too bad to do much with. To try and avoid for the future try and shoot on the same or slightly above the level of your subject
