    Pop goes the Weasel

Half a pound of tuppenny rice.
    Half a pound of treacle.
That's the way the money goes.
    Pop goes the weasel.

I was out for a walk with my good lady , we heard a rustle in the leaves and caught a glimpse of this Weasel , who quickly disappeared . After asking her to keep very still , to her great surprise ….and mine if I am honest
I squeaked him back out , and got about 6 frames off , this was the best one .

That is a brilliant shot, better than brilliant. They are so difficult to photograph in the wild, it's a case of being in the right place at the right time. Most pictures of both Weasel and Stoat are taken at wildlife parks or those workshops where they got tame ones. Again a great shot.

Great shot Mark, not the easiest of subjects to capture.

Thank you so much for the kind words , they really are so much appreciated . I don`t always reply and thank on every post in my threads , as I don`t like to feel I am bumping my posts . But I am very grateful to all who take time to comment or critique .
