Hi All,
One of my great loves in life and photography is getting out of the house early and finding a place to watch Hares, I just think they are such beautiful animals. I have found a new field to watch them and a few days ago initially I couldn't see any but then noticed some movement on the horizon on the slightly sloping field, too far away to photograph but I could watch through binoculars and saw that there were 12 Hares sat in a rough circle, I have seen a little bit of this before, apparently the behaviour is called a 'Parliament' and nobody is really sure why they do it.
They eventually broke up and chasing started, some came near enough to shoot, then caught a few more shots in the following days
