You have managed to capture the gull reasonably sharp, not an easy thing to do but the bright messy background is screaming at me !!! and as Raj has said its very noisy.
Sorry - one for the bin I'm afraid

Looks like a Herring Gull to me!
Yes, shame about the background, but you actually did pretty well to get him so clear! Keep it up, perhaps the next shot will be the one!
