Sunday 4th at Warnham, part 1

    Hi

Having issues posting, so trying in 2 parts!

Myself and Rob (HHCANON) visited Warnham Nature Reserve today! Very wet day, and I wasn't too hopeful of seeing much, but quite surprised with just how much we saw! The light was mixed, but mostly forcing us to shoot near wide open, with slow shutter speed and higher ISO. Not ideal, but here's my top six (no duplicates of any species!)...

These Mallards were fighting over territory - I quite like the blurring due to enforced slow shutter speed!

Redpoll feeding on the ground. (Not as good as Stan's shot earlier in the week, but this is the first time I've seen them, so quite happy!

The mallards fighting looks quite violent, I've seen them have a go at one another during the summer when nesting, but the blurred wings and movement is showing how quick they move.
