    Olive Tree Warbler

    A pair of these were resident in the grounds of our apartment complex

      We were able to sit on the grass no more than about 5 or 6 metres from them to get loads of shots over 3 or 4 evenings. The main problem was the background - there were more apartments behind but with this one i managed an angle where a small bush was behind him in the distance

        Spotted Flycatcher

        - I have just found out that this is not an olive tree warbler - an ID I was given by a warden on the nature reserve in Menorca - some expert.

        It is in fact a spotted flycatcher, a little more common but still pleased to get them as not seen one before
