This is a shot from yesterday of the kestrel who is a regular along the cliffs at Bournemouth. Managed to catch him just as he was about to fly away. Shot with 7D, 300f4 and converter, Av mode with+1.66 exposure compensation

No, seriously... great shot (again) Stan! I still haven't managed a Kestrel, let alone in flight, so I'm suitably impressed.
