                  Is this one of the birds at Radipole ? - when we have been there they have never come close enough.

                  BTW - can you include details of the kit and exif with your posts

                    Thanks, Paul, Alan, Dave and Stan. These Harriers was taken in the north hide at Radipole. Using a Canon 1 mkV1, 500mm F4, + 1.4 converter on gimballed mount. Camera settings on the sunny days are always ISO 800, 2500sec, at F8. This is always on manual exposure, centre point focus, back button focus with focus search switch off (this will stop the camera hunting if you can't stay on the bird in the air). A LOT of patients and a LOT of luck. Danny. PS might see you there sometime, always happy to help anyone get that magic shot.
