Osprey and a Fish

Looking through some really old shots on one of my hard drives, I came across this one which was shot whilst on holiday in Gran Caneria in 2008. I have just opened a flickr account so thought i would reprocess and use this shot as an experiment in downloading to the forum.

Thanks for looking all. This is the one and only time I have seen an osprey so was very lucky to catch him with a fish as well

the 40D was a great camera.

It was and was sorry I "upgraded" to a 50D, which I put up with for less than a year before upgrading to the 7D. In fact my back up body is a 40D which i bought from Mike (sam fisher) a couple of years ago

Very good Stan, they do make your heart race a bit, don't they? 40d is still a camera I have and will always keep!

Brilliant pic Stan the 300mm and extender does a very good job. Still trying to get them in focus here.
