    With a completely blank white/grey sky, this Crow scooted along past my camera yesterday.

        Normally i dont like blown skies but it works well with the black crow - a vert nice mono image

            Good detail in the crow.
            Sometimes its worth compromising detail in the sky for detail of a bird in flight.

                Perhaps my calibrated screen is a bit darker than your calibrated screen? Getting the right amount of detail showing was quite difficult and, as someone else said, I should have added a border.

                  I very much like this. For a border, it only needs a 3 pixel stroke. Nothing fancy to distract.
