You have caught the chaffinch in a good pose and its uploaded from flickr fine. The downside for me of course is the messy background but i will let you off for that as the pose is good

Really like this one especially as you have left all the background etc - shows him in his 'real' surroundings so bravo from me. Seem to struggle with the chaffinch - it's like they wait for me to move my thumb to the focus button then fly off. . . . I'm sure they do it on purpose lol

Thanks all for looking and commenting on my picture.
I am quite happy with this, wish it was a bit sharper on the bird, would have been great with a clean background but as David says they are quite difficult as they are flighty.so it was a case of press the button while the going is good.

I like the shot, and do prefer to see a natural background. The only thing I may have done with this shot, is crop a little of the left hand side to give it a little more balance.
