    Little Green Bea-eater, Ban Chang, Thailand

    Found these beauties just around the corner from where I live when not in Brisbane, sitting on the electricity cables that run alongside the road. Apparently, they are not uncommon but I always find them a pleasure to photograph when I see them.
    Ray took a load of shots too and I suspect he might be posting a couple with a red dragonfly in its beak - unfortunately, I missed the focus on that and they were soft.

    Anyway, I hope that you like these samples from at least 100 that I took - I need to prune those heavily or I'll fill my disc up!

    What a lovely bird, I like the shape it is making in the first image and the second is my #2 choice.
