Well done Andy, it would be real easy to replace the background! Reckon you could half the ISO and the shutter speed and still get a good shot if you see it again!

Crop is fine and a good pose and even some detail in the fish. I am guessing this is a very big crop though as the bird is quite noisy - no real problem though being a KF

A very nice clear,sharp picture. I would have personally liked to have seen some background- i.e the habitat as well.
