    HCT Black Kite

    My wife and I were at the HCT this Sunday with some pretty horrible conditions - cold and overcast most of the time. This was shot at the second demo with my 7D and 70-200 F4 L and of the 200+ photos I took, it's about the only one I like. Easily my worst return his year. The shot of Frodo is a bonus...

          Under the conditions, the kite is a great shot...

              Great shot in tricky conditions, so well done. Great feather detail under wing, and still keeping the sky nicely exposed!

              I'd be tempted to clone out his danglies!
