    Gull in flight.

    Exif is thus ... ISO 2000, 1/640, f8 from 320mm. Title should also be Swan in flight. I don't know my gull from my swan. Hee! Hee!

    I'm a little unsure about posting my shots as the standard in here is so very high.

      Its very good and worth posting, sharp and nice pose. It is a little "flat" though and would look better with a tad more contrast to perhaps see more of the red colour in his beak

              Don't worry about posting your shots 99% of comments will be helpful and give advice on how to improve,What little I know about taking better pictures was learnt from comments received here

                You could try applying sharpening to just the swan. Make it leave its background just a touch more.

                    These are darned hard to capture, and you have cracked it, glad you have left a bit extra space on the right for the bird to fly into.
