          I prefer the uncropped eagle, Martin - very good, although I think the use of vignetting on all of them is a little too heavy.

          I agree with Brian that a flash would add a nice catchlight, but typically you'd need to be close enough to use it in HSS mode in order to maintain a good shutter speed.

          The links underneath the photos do click through to 500px. I hadn't visited that site before - its awseome. You have some great photos on there.

            Very much agreed with you on the vignetting. I was actually reviewing my photos and noticing the vignette, my current set in Zambia and future photos will have a much lighter vignetting effect and at some time in the future I shall re-edit the ones done already an reduce the effect. It should not be to tricky for me as I apply the effect in lightroom as the final part of my post editing.
