    Beautiful birds for sure.

    Not sure if you have tried this for ID - go to Google / images and click on the little camera icon in the search box, this allows you to enter the url of your image or upload from your computer to search for similar photo's. Sometimes you can get lucky

      Great set of images Stan. It's a pity about the ring on the 2nd one but what can you do? Fantastic backgrounds. Do you carry them around with you?

      Regards,

                Had a little search around and found these.

                The Toucan is known as the "Black mandibiled Toucan" Ramphastos ambiguus.

                One of the many African Starlings Lamprotornis hildebrandti.

                Java Sparrow Lonchura oryzivora

                      Hi Stan;

                      Great set - as always...

                      I'm pretty sure that #2 is a 'Superb Starling' [lamprotornis superbus] rather than a Hildebrant's [lamprotornis hildebrandti]... but always, happy to be corrected...

                      Cheers;

                        Lee think you're correct the lack of white bib and under tail point to Superb.
