It was Judged this evening at a Camera Club Competition and awarded ............... 8.5 out of 10.

Judges eh, what do they know? At camera club last night, I entered a night time long exposure shot of a steam train venting steam at the end of a working day... the judge said "there seems to be some cloud stuff causing some unwanted reflections around the train that you could have got rid of" - I kid you not. 8/10.
At least my fox got a 10/10, so relatively happy.

As to your shot Colin, absolutely love it. Should have got a 10!

Lol: what do judges know??? Great shot. Maybe they thought there was some distracting foliage, or they didn't like the second owl intruding...
