    Unknown garden visitor

I stuck my 400mm lens out of the lounge window today and captured a shot of this little visitor. I am not sure what type of bird he is.

The settings were 1/100sec at 5.6 with an ISO of 400, on the Canon 70D.

I also captured a shot of this little guy, with the wind ruffling his feathers.

Thank you, Stan. I did wonder if that was what he was. :) Yes, I know the other two. :)

Agree with Stan about the dunnock. Surprised to see a robin with a ring.

Stan, Brian, with regard to the rings (the Blue Tit has one too) I am guessing it could be due to the fact that we are not that far from Sandy in Bedfordshire (RSPB).

Thanks for the encouragement, Alan. :)

The robin is my fave. You're lucky lately my garden is empty with exception to starlings.

Good shots carol ,personally I prefer the first robin ,all bird shots should give them something to look into ,possibly a letterbox crop might have helped I.e 16x9
