    First attempt

    This is the first time i have posted photo.s to the Forum, also my first attempt at birds in flight.
    These were taken at a day out at the ICBP at Newent this week.
    Info, EOS 7D, EF70-200 F4L, ISO200, 1/800.
    Any comments on improving my shots would be very much appreciated.

    For first try, very impressive. One thing and probably the most difficult with BIF is to try and fill the frame.
    I think they are all a little soft, hard to tell when strung together as smaller pictures. Good, more than good first

      The photo's are not very sharp, or is it my laptop? But I like the action, the flying of the birds!

        One has to learn sometime and these are fair for a first attempt. I am sure the more experienced members will be happy to advice and guide you.

          These photo's have been uploaded direct from my PC, would they be sharper if I upload from Flickr.

                        flickr upload looks a lot better and some good pictures uploaded on there. well done.

                          I visit the ICBP on a regular basis, to photograph the birds. The above shot in post #9 of the eagle landing on the post is a real cracker.
