    North American Oystercatcher

    Taken on Fort Desoto just after dawn. It's a bit of a crop as I didn't have time to get any closer and didn't want to miss the moment. Oystercatchers in Florida, unlike their European cousins, can be quite confiding.

    1DX with 500mm f4 L IS lens & 1.4 converter.
