            Two nice images. My vote is on the second one (dee's) mainly because of the natural background!!!!!

                great shots Stan - I presume your using +1 or 2 stops compensation with these Stan ? just in case I ever see anything flying past that catches my attention

                  You have to be very careful with these birds as the whites of the feathers blow out quite easily, so although generally we would be looking at 1 - 2 stop exposure compensation, with these I think on the first it was 2/3 and on the second 1/3 with a little extra processing post processing - both at ISO 400 do quite a bit of leeway before noise becomes a problem
