    Birds of prey

    Went to Driffield show this week,best bit was the bird of prey display,not sure what kind of owl this is so i won't make a fool of my self by having a guess ?

    Looks like a European Eagle Owl, but there are quite a few variants under different names.

    That first shot would have been an absolute cracker without all those people in the background.

        Thats why I got the owl to attack the crowd in the second image,
        surprised just how much he could eat shown in image three :tongue:

          My favourite is #2 because it tells the story
          It was nice to see the childrens enjoyment turn to fear !

            I particularly like the head on view in 3 - I got a similar shot at a photo day a few weeks back but let him get too close with the result i clipped both wings

                    I like the 3rd shot. why do I never go to these things lol. I din't know they had stuff like this at these shows lesson lernt get my ass out more.
