Hi Nat, have you tried lens on you 6D?

Hmm, just taken a closer look at these images and particularly on the first 2 it appears that the point of focus is slightly behind the wagtail. If you look at the stones those level with the bird look slightly OOF and get sharper as you move back.

And in last focus point seems to be in front of the bird. High ISO in these images won't be helping either.

Thanks folks for your comments. ant,I have not tried my lens on my 6D at all as I have been trying to increase my reach- hence the 100D.
I agree the ISO is on the high side as I had set my aperture to f8 and ensured that my speed was high enough for the lens. Also I was using Al Servo as the Wagtail was moving so fast- a little blighter to keep still!
