      Bird is nicely rendered but feel in this case the BG is a bit too distracting.

          You have picked the colours out well and agree about the BG, although I don't blame you for taking the shot, you have to get what you can sometimes. Bird shots also much better if you can catch them looking towards rather than away , even if only slightly.
