    ID Help Required

I hope some of you bird photographers can help me to identify this little bird. I keep getting glances of it in the garden but I'm not sure what it is. It becomes quite noticeable as it flits around the garden as it is so light in colour.
Apologies for the rubbish image it's a large crop and I was shooting through the double glazing

Try and record it's call as well Peter, as Chiffchaff and Willow Warbler are difficult to tell apart
