no almost full frame. Assume you are thinking of the feathers around the eye - due to the light that area was quite dark and needed +100 on the shadows to sort but looking at the unprocessed RAW, those feathers lacked any detail before any adjustments - strange

Yep weird Stan it's got good light and detail on the neck and beak ,but the dark patch on the head is lacking fine detail almost as if it was in the shadows .im not critising it's a good shot just struck me as weird
