Blue Tits - dull day

Only managed the back garden today - very grey day - light poor.

Managed a couple of reasonable shots of a blue tit, the Iso was 2500, high (for the 70D) and was pleasantly surprised how they cleaned up. (Although Jeff's fieldfare at ISO 6400 puts me to shame!!!)

Great shots indeed I love my 70D as got some Robins at 6400iso and they are keepers.

Dave - 6400!!! Wouldn't dream of of going that high - but had a look at your robins and they do look good! What NR processing do you use?

Both nice poses but with the first I would have cloned out the oof branch which is rather distracting and I think the second would be better as a landscape crop
