Looks a tad bright to me Steve ,could do with highlights down and more contrast added ,the blacks look grey .!,!.

Agree with Jeff. On first look I was drawn to the lovely golden reflection on the water but on further viewing, find the Grebe is a bit too bright. Still a nice shot though.
