      My first reaction was it's much too dark but the more I looked at, the more I liked it and now think it the dark look suits it.

          nice juvenile or 1st year Bill. Those are the ones I look to shoot as a bit more interesting than the fully mature birds

            and there's a lesson to me not to trust my iPad and dodgy eyes when I've just woken up.....It looks fine in my iMac.
