    Super detail and pose Stan, just checked in Sibleys and I think this is a White Morph Reddish Egret Snowy Egrtes have yellow feet

        White Morph Reddish Egret

        just checked in Sibleys and I think this is a White Morph Reddish Egret Snowy Egrtes have yellow feet
        of course you are right. This was one of the first images shot, at Bunche Beach which I had not checked out with Sibley as the following day we met an "expert" at Six Mile Cypress who gave the snowy egret ID. Had I thought then with no yellow feet then it could not have been. Moral - dont trust them !!

              Still very well done; good control of exposure and looks like its about to grab that lump of weed...

                thanks guys

                I am not at all worried it is not a snowy egret as they are so common and have loads of shots, far better that it is a reddish which are much rarer although we have seen a couple more at different locations but didnt know what they were
