    Great Blue Heron

Have not had anything to post for some time, been home for two weeks from Florida and have managed to get a few pictures to post ( hope I can remember how to do it )
I decided to have a go using manual and Auto ISO, shutter speed 1250 and aperture f8 but forgot to lock the main dial so it changed now and then, still I am pleased with the results

Head ons aren't the easiest of shots, so very well done.

Very well captured Alan. Haven't been to Florida for a while. Where did you go and what is it like now? Bird photography used to be amazing. Just wondering if things have deteriorated as I'm thinking about going back next year.

Thanks for looking and your comments, as for the oncoming head shot we just saw it coming towards us and quickly fired off half a dozen shots the auto focus locked on and mostly down to the camera
