Well captured, though I wonder if it's slightly under exposed as it is lacking detail around the head and tail.

Quite a hefty crop Brian, it was on top of a telegraph pole some distance away.

Having tried to get a similar shot on many occasions ( sun on a black bird that flies off the minute you move) I think it was a great shot to get the detail you did, feathers, catchlight on the eye, so well done Tiger.
