    Red Knot

With such dreary weather in the UK I thought I would post another couple from Fort Myers Beach, Florida. Red knot are migratory and only spend a few days in Florida resting and re-fueling prior to flying north or south depending on the time of year. It's the same bird just with and without the reflection. Taken in May 2009 it was flying north to its breeding grounds.

    EOS 1DIII with 500mm f/4L IS lens.

    Thanks for looking.

I'm a sucker for reflections. Agree Brian the light over the last few weeks has been awful.
