          Lovely little birds and it's always nice to see then. Invariably they are in the tops of trees but they have probably exhausted the Alder seed etc and are making fleeting visits to some feeders on the reserve.

          The Sigma 150-600 contemporary is still producing some good images. Have the Canon 200-800 on order and I'm hoping IQ is as good if not better. Do expect AF to be better.

              Looks great to me...I'll be interested to see what the 200-800 can produce....I'm expecting it will be nearing the image quality of the 100-500.

                Some of early reviews I've read say the IQ is very close to 100-500. Have seen some R7/200-800 images and they look pretty good.

                As I said really hoping AF is a bit speedier than with the Sigma not that it's too bad really.
