    Waxwings

    Had not had much luck seeing these birds.

    However today caught up with some in North Wales.

            Thanks all for comments. Thought we'd never see any despite it being a good year for sightings. Went to couple of places where they had been seen but no sign when we got there. Then things gor more frustrating as 4 were seen about a mile from home, typically we were 50+miles away birdwatching! Of course gone by time we got back.
            Anyway heard about these birds in North Wales so drove 90 mins and found 40 or so.
