    Kestrels

    Part of Wednesdays trip was to Parkgate for a spring high tide which forces all the birds close to shore.

    Witnessed something we'd not seen before, a pair of kestrels mid-air courtship. Lots of calling and swooping round each other. Sadly light wasn't too good as quite overcast so not best images.
