    No idea what it is but would like to know

    I believe that is an Inca Tern

      Hi HHcanon, i'ts got me foxed where did you take the photograph, it's quite distinctive and has a ring on its leg but I can't find an image in any of my books. really interested myself now.

        Hi Robin (I really hope I've got the name right!)

        More detail needed, as it's not a common one.

        Size of bird, area (coastal / urban etc.), what was it doing, did you see it fly, if so how did it fly, was it captive (in a wildlife park), or in the wild. etc.

        Interesting one, and I'd like to know as well!

        It isn't a stuffed one is it, and you're just winding us up?

          The best place for seeing Inca Terns locally is Bristol Zoo!

            Youre making me laugh again Mike. Took this at Bristol Zoo but made no note of what it was...seems Mr Hodson was spot on and lightning quick too
            Ive got another which I may bob up but I suspect will be a lot harder

                  I took a few of them last year at Bristol Zoo so had a heads up already :)
