    Sheep in buttercups

    I had gone out hoping for my first ever kingfisher shot. Absolutely nothing doing, but behind me beside the canal was a very pleasant little scene:

            Thanks for the kind comments. I realise the image is a bit soft, but it was a reasonably heavy crop out of a wider scene that was distinctly 'meh' and nearly got deleted without a second thought. Obviously I didn't manage to turn it into a silk purse, but it is remarkable what simply plonking the feature onto the one-third lines can do...
