        Cheers Dave

He's a Heinz 57 - He's got a lot of shih tzu in him which gives him the boxer type bow legs and also being very stubborn ever at just 5mths, but he's great fun and clearly thinks he's a much bigger dog as I play rough with him and he just comes back for more

Cripey this dog is turning into an internet sensation...................Way to Go Sidney !

However all this esoteric stuff about ambient flowers is way too over the top.

              Just paint him yellow.

And keep him away from buttercups.

                lol...cheers bo

as for yellow, that maybe a good idea as we get the bad yellow pollen here starting in another few weeks from all the pine trees, I don't know if you have the same problems. It last for about 3 weeks and looks like sand everywhere ...a real PIA

Re: Sunny day in the flowers

A lovely shot, although on the forum size he does look a little lost, but when you click on the larger flikr size, Sid comes alive, a glorious image.
If I was to be picky, a narrower aperture would have given a slightly more blurry background, seperating Sid a bit more from the flowers. But still really good as is.

cheers Les - thinking time is not an option with Sid, thats the aperture I'd just used so had to shoot - he was there for a few seconds as I ran out of treats !!

Yep, Tigger we also have the yellow pollen, on terraces, in pools. PIA. Coming soon I guess

Meanwhile we have the Bermuda Buttercup, the prettiest weed in the Balearics, seriously yellow and about the colour I was thinking of for Sidney!

Re: Sunny day in the flowers

remember the first time I saw it wondering why there was sand everywhere ! - I don't clear it up now till its fully stopped but I know some that sweap up everyday ....

As for THAT weed, drives me nutts! it covers my garden although I've given up spraying it now, just do it the way the spanish do everything, leave till its stop then clear up lol
