Hi Richard,

Nice first pet picture, nice catchlight in the eyes and it looks as if you got down to his level pretty much to take the shot, it looks to my inexperienced eye as if the focus is very slightly in front of the eyes but still very nice.

Also good to see as if someone else has dogs jumping on their beds!!!!

Very good pic Richard.
plenty of good material there I would say!
The only thing I would add by way of c&c, is that it does look like the focus was on the nose rather than the eye, but happily your aperture was wide enough to compensate.
look forward to seeing some more of this happy little chappy!
