Golden Fern

I thought to try something different and play about in L/R and Elements this being the result - what do you think?

Hi Dave,

I like the effort you did using LR & Elements to add a bit of color to you BW. The problem that I am having is that the Fern is out of place from the beams of sunlight. The problem that I am having is that my eye starts @ the left top corner and follow the center light beam down to nothing. If you could burn the middle and top beams to darken them then That single beam on the fern would become the stronger of the 3.

Thank you Tom for throwing some light on the subject
Now that you have pointed it out the beam of light to the right does throw the eye off. I will have to have another play in elements.

I think this is superb.
The second image is better.
I really like the treatment you have given and the title of the image.
