    A few from a frosty walk

    No birds near enough so I had to bolt on the EF 40mm STM and catch a few weeds:

    That looks cold David, it may be the iPad that I am viewing these on but the first 2 look a little grey, have you checked the white balance on these? The 40mm certainly pulls out the detail

        I tend to agree with Ian, the first two are a bit on the grey side.

        I like the last one best, with the branch coming in from the corner and on a diagonal slant, great background too, I wonder if you could have cropped a fraction off the top and a bit more off the bottom to make a landscape format.

        Just a personal thought, please feel free to ignore.
