Well, I like it Georgios.
There aren't too many fans of HDR on the forum (or elsewhere, from what I can see) but used with subtlety I think it enhances a photo. I've been guilty of over-doing it while I learn the technique, but I think you've handled it well in this shot.
It may be the resolution at which you uploaded the photo or perhaps some movement in the flowers between shots, but when I zoom in to have a good look, the posted version lacks some sharpness, otherwise its very good, in my opinion.

Interesting effect, however for me it is difficult to view as I want to look at the larger white/w blue rim flower on top, but my eye is being pulled down to the smaller white flowers towards the right corner of the image. With a bouquet of flowers such as these, IMO, making one the focal point would be better.
