    Looking up

Today I took a walk through Saucon Park in Bethlehem, Pa for some images for the blog. Saw this beautifully shaped tree:

    1/1250 sec @ f/3.5, ISO 100

    then looked up:

    1/800 sec @ f/3.5, ISO 100

    Camera EOS-M w/EF-M 22mm f/2 STM

To see more images from today you can see them at my blog

I like the tones in #1
#2 really needs that brilliant blue sky, well spotted.

With the inclusion of colour does this mean your coming over from the dark side?

#2, Tom - good to see you do colour occasionally!
Very nice - its such a skill you have to be able to take interesting shots of every day images - every day!

Thanks Stephen & Andy for the comments. & no Stephen, not coming over to the dark side. However that shot screamed color in my head. When I 1st look at a shot, I try to visualize the shot as a BW, if it doesn't work, then color is the default
