    Last Year's Leaf

    A quick visit to Moorlands nature reserve after work.

    I wanted to try Spot out metering, rather than Evaluative, which is what I tend to use mostly. I'd read/heard that Spot can give a richer look to images, as long as they're not backlit. I also used the Orton effect, but reduced the opacity.

      Not too sure about this one Andy - maybe the orton processing but the large expanse of green moss draws my eye away from the leaf
